My name is Hitsuzu Erina...I m the 3rd division captain...At first i thought i was going to be nervous and all but suddenly of all people The 6th captain Kuchiki Byakuya was the first one to be kind to me....I was pretty sure that everyone going to be cold towards me and to test my courage and strength so that everyone would believe that i m worthy to be the 3rd captain..When i reach the 3rd division place i thought i can't just go in and say that frm now on i m your new captain...of course they won't accept me...so i though i would do my normal greeting a get to know more about the others and the 3rd vice-captain who had been betrayed by their former captain...I was really scared so i ask my big brother to come with me....But he rejected...so i just followed and do my normal thinking before going in...when i went in...i saw everyone with a horrible face that i was afraid...but suddenly the atmostphere change when the vice-captain came and greet me kindly and with a happy face...while the rest look shock to see the vice-captain greet me....The vice-captain name was Izuru kira...his hair is a little bit weird and all....but he was the first person to greet me with a kind face and all.....So i told the others who was staring at me the whole time...how i really feel about going into this squad and suddenly saying the thinks that i was thinking before coming here... and thats all that happen...

We even had a party just for me...So in return i sang a song for them......
